If only he had a red pro status... they could punish him hard by taking it away for a couple of weeks.

Part of the reason I 'dislike' viffer as a poker player is because he is better then me.

He is a little tough to look at on occasion, always hustling imo, a bit hard to love but impossible to hate and he can be funny as ---- sometimes.

Re: Possible cheating multi acounting

Not sure if it matters much, but I just peeked at a stoxtrader video from his site and on his HUD he has 34k hands on lino5, 115k hands on broasterie, etc. It is pretty obvious he is buying DB's too which IIRC is also against FTP T&C.

On all his videos (since 2007) he plays as "stoxtrader" on FTP.

Let the ostracizing and blackballing begin. Maybe if enough heat is created and cheats are called out openly and speculations as above database hand purchasing violations are documented investigated and proved then maybe just maybe the sites could notice and do due diligence in enforcing their myriad of rules/terms equally, fairly and uniformly for the entire player account base.

zep, gtfo for wishful thinking and dreaming in this thread !

FTP and STARS you lack credibility in the area of equal enforcement. Such a shame that more sites are not available to online US players so we can vote with our dollars. Get it?

In the meantime, for all that persist, keep complaining, stay honest and to the point, collect your rakeback profits and status points rewards from the 2 big sites purporting to be the leaders in the industry.

Still it is worth admitting that when it comes to online poker rooms, FTP and Stars are the least corrupt, unfair and rigged compared to so many other sites that have come, gone and are still around.

Keep playing live poker vs online whenever and wherever possible ! Also a friendly reminder to certain players who cheat in the online world and are protected by the sites think about those of us who are on to you, you should always travel in groups if you get my emphasis.

Re: Possible cheating multi acounting

man, that is a sad story. couple years ago he was one of the best LHE players and the best players in the world booked lessons from him. now he became a cheating ratholer. that's quite a degeneration.

Re: Possible cheating multi acounting

all of this hate for this guy and you don't even know the full story. I think it's pretty obvious that there was a sick boy who's only joy in life was watching 40 putts shortstack on ftp. This boys dying wish was for stoxtrader to make millions on that account. The problem was that when people caught wind of his dominance his winrate started to dwindle. The boy said to stox "I only have a couple months to live and if you keep losing I will die quicker". Thus the great stoxtrader made another account so he could keep winning and prolong the life of the boy. SO obv.

The mods didn't try to hide this, temporarily moving something when we doubt the veracity of the accuser is not a cover up.I realize it isn't fun as a user, but if Stox has been MAing for months or years how bad is it to wait another week to dissuade baseless speculation that may ruin someones reputation.

you had a generally good post but would the bolded apply to Ivey?

Going to play live on the Gulf Coast. There are a couple of 2+2'ers involved and we will continue this thread in person.

Re: Possible cheating multi acounting

ratholing? ok, whatever
purchasing db's? ok, whatever
multi-accounting? ok, a bit more serious

but noone seems to be talking about the major issue here, which is colluding. am i wrong that this would be, by far, the most serious and damning offense? it has been alluded to, but is there any evidence to indicate:

1. 40putts colluded
2. 40putts = nick grudzien

Re: Possible cheating multi acounting

So sick. I actually had a membership to stox last year and really feel cheated. I feel violated and I don't even play those stakes, can't even begin to imagine what his opponents must be thinking. Especially after he flashed that HEM screenshot.
