So did I having worked for his company and having a number of dealings with him. Having seen how he handled this issue, his replies and now the (in my opinion quite damning) evidence that opinion has completely changed and I'd no sooner trust him over any other colluder.

This ranks as one of the most powerful posts I've read ITT. Had a close friend of mine for years, whom I felt I knew well, and went into a partnership with him, involving feedlot cattle. Found out he was cheating me a year later out of some profits. It was more hurt and disappointment in him and in our "friendship" than the actual monetary losses (although they hurt too!) which really rattled me.

Tough poast skelm. Thanks.

Yeah real powerful. He's now Dustys protege so I find it ironic that now youve jumped ship. Don't you think Dustys done enough? Pretty pathetic if you ask me.

That oddly enough didn't have a bearing on it. The "jumping of ship" comes from seeing a brand which I put hundred upon hundreds of hours into (and still have a lot of love for despite it now being gone) having to be closed in large part because of the actions of Nick. In addition to that I still have a lot of friends who work there who are now either looking for work or have less job security with the loss of the second site.

I understand how my original comment looks but regardless of the deal I have with Dusty I would have came to that conclusion either way.
