I took a test a few years ago in college and came out ENTP. I'll have to get around to taking the one in OP and post the results.

Edit: I took it. Like others, I didn't really like the test, but maybe I'll take the other one later.

Your Type is
ENTP
Extraverted Intuitive Thinking Perceiving
Strength of the preferences %
67 50 25 44

Does having extremes like 100 strenght of the preferences have an impact on something. I'd imagine that a 100% I or E would give some peculiar personalities.

Extreme extroverts are usually too dependent on validation from the external world--care too much what other people think, need too much reassurance from others, etc.

Extreme introverts don't pay enough attention to objective validation from the outside world. They're stuck in self-validating subjective thought loops and don't place enough weight on external influence.

yeah, I took a second test (one with a 1-5 scale) and got a totally different result as well. Seems like to get conclusive results you'd need a much more thorough test imo. 50 poorly worded questions just isn't going to get it done...

You're right; the tests are kind of weak. They're a somewhat misguided attempt to translate C.G. Jung's ideas on psychology into an easy 15-minute questionnaire; if you want to know your real type for sure it's going to take some study into Jung's functional attitudes.

Accurate or not, I always come out as INTP in those tests. P being the least. It seems to be dropping as I get older.

Thanks to setoverset, I finally have some vague clue on what it really means.

another interesting stat to quantify is what stakes each of us are regularly playing.

So while the majority will be intj's, perhaps the majority of high stakes players will be a diff type vs medium vs small

not to make your job more tedious than it is but I think it's def worth considering

description is pretty much spot on.
I'm just a microgrinder, 2.1bb/100 25nl-50nl just under 1m hands
I think this test shows me that I need a personality makeover to make it higher in limits.

I love Karl Pilkington. Have you bought/read his books? I haven't, asking if they are worthwhile, I bet they would be.
