INTP

Edit: This is actually really interesting, the link to the Keirsey description was incredibly accurate for me. I'll be really interested to see the results of this for a decent sample. Thanks!

i share the same sentiment. i could have gone either way on most questions but i think the inventor description is really accurate and not just some coldread bull****. the test would be a lot better with the scale obv

sure enough the other test with a neutral option changed one of them

Ta-dah, your personality type is ENFP!
Extraverted (E) 54%Introverted (I) 46%Intuitive (N) 64%Sensing (S) 36%Feeling (F) 70%Thinking (T) 30%Perceiving (P) 73%Judging (J) 27%

this is strange, the test should be more accurate since it uses a scale, but it has less questions. i think the moderate thinker score from the first test is more accurate that the strong feeler score on this one

lol, according to typeanalyzer.com http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com = ISTJ (The Duty Fulfillers)
and www.twoplustwo.com/ = INTJ (The Scientists)

from what I've read all the (free) online assesments are completely unreliable.

I feel honoured to have achieved the same result on an online test as jungleman and oldjude

INTP, but id say 20-30% of the questions could have gone either way.

read where? i know free online IQ tests are mostly bogus but this isn't the same. everyone i know who has taken multiple myers-briggs (including in school) has always scored the same within one letter, which makes sense because like i said it's a spectrum. someone who is 80% I isn't going to score E on a longer test, but someone who is 55% J could easily score 58% P (42% J) next time based on mood or something.

I have to question the accuracy when most people are getting INTJ, considering that INTJs are supposed to be like 1% of the population.

Having said that, the last time I took a test like this, I believe I got INTJ. This time I got ISTJ.

It was INTP a few years ago though. The descriptions do seem accurate, although I believe it's easy to read about the qualities that "apply" to any type and think "yeah, that's me all right".

but if INTJ's supposedly do make for good poker players, then ofc datamining this forum, esp hsnl, is going to result in mostly intj's

I just got everyone in my family to do the test (lots of laptops in the family). None of them came back with INTJ.
