I think it might be fun to bet on the outcome of all matches when the pairings are announced, maybe $100 per match in a 'draft' style - One of us picks our first side for the am matches, then alternating picks, with the other person having first pick for the pm

Surely if you think this is at least somewhat fair you would accept Mccain at +110 for 10k? Because i'd offer that.
