That's from the last page of the big "Peter Falcone is a scammer" thread over at DD poker. The poster is vpplayer14, the same guy who posted a couple of updates here. I guess "today" would mean June 27th, the date of the post.

Yea but doesnt it seem strange that he would use an alias of an actual poker player. It would seem that much more likely that someone would find out it's not really him. I'm not saying that this is him, just seemed likely he know's him. Not trying to accuse this man of anything just thought I'd mention it, cause it seemed worth looking into possibly.

Plea Deal, 3 year suspended sentence and time served and he has to enroll in a useless gambling treatment program. He will be released today.

I had arranged for affidavits from previous victims and someone he was scamming while in jail, and nothing was used or said.
