Moving to Macau - Page 2 - Micro Stakes Pot Limit and No Limit

I live in Hongkong and have been to Macau several times. Saying the games are comparable to 5/10 on Stars is just lol. I would say you can compare 50/100 HKD to NL50 USD at Stars maximum NL 100 USD but definitely not better.
I have had player's on the table that didn't realize a straight is lower than a Full House... of course that is not the average player but there are plenty of weak regulars and 1-3 Fish on the table usually. Not 90/10 idiots who call down and stack of light every hand but definitely having big leaks...

With everything I've read over the last couple years of guys saying the games suck, I'm pretty sure it's safe to say they are very good and people are trying to keep the sharks away.

I am staying in Macau on a 30 day visa on arrival (from u.s.) and want to extend another 20 days can someone tell me the easiest way to extend or what my options are?

If I just take a ferry boat to H.K. a few days before my Visa on Arrival expires, will that do it?

Note: I have been playing in Macau the past few weeks, during the asia pacific poker tour, at Venetian and City of Dreams. Action has been pretty good at 50/100.

The highest that runs everyday on the venetian is 50/100 and you can only request the highest to be 200/400 table and its rare that it runs.
the game isn't as soft as it used to be and macau isn't worth it to go to now. due to travel cost,etc.
macau is only worth it if you have access to the big games. if you don't have access then prob better go to manilla or other places.

A far as i know 300/600 runs very frequently at the Wynn, i think pretty much every day.

300/600 runs every day at the wynn. Start at 25/50 - Super nitty. 50/100 bit better.
Omaha start at 50/100 and game is usually good with some good regs too.
Rake is 5% cap at 200Hkd

Galaxy re-opened their poker section 50/100 games mostly.
Wynn Palace also running poker now. Haven't been over there to check stakes yet but my sources told me 2 tables 50/100.

New places to check out aside from Wynn Macau. Both are on Taipa side.
