Regular grinder is a pretty bad description. Unless you just got to the table you should probably have something better to go on.

Standard call on the turn and evaluate river. He could have jacks, semi bluffs and pure bluffs that we beat. And +1 to the bad description, regular grinder.

Yeh you can't just post hand and describe opponent as average grinder at 10/20 nl. Knowing the player is everything at 10/20+

i think villain's turn bet is the key to the hand, since we defended to the 3b pre and called flop we have more tx in our range every single time once we do get to the turn. villain's turn range? JJ, KK+, Tx, and 66

given this, we can conclude that villain either has a very strong hand or is representing a very strong hand. he never has showdown value here so all of his bluffs are betting this river. all value hands that can go for three streets will also bet river. he may check behind the weaker part of his turn value range like overpairs but overall you will be forced to make a very tough decision on the river most of the time. it seems a little weak but i think since you underrepped yourself pre and now you're dealing with a weird board texture against a presumably good opponent i think you may want to just get rid of it on the turn.

Dude - What position are you? What's your physical / villains profile (young or old)? Is this the first hand you've played / first you've seen villain play?

Also, way too weak to fold here regardless.

I think 4bet pre or reraise on the flop to find out where you're at especially if you have no information or history with the guy and considering how deep you both are

Vs some regular commerce nits, if your calling a 3bet with QQ it's to set mine or your lighting money on fire

Why didn't we 4-bet against a randoms button range, which is going to be a reasonably wide 3-bet range? Seems like our 4-bet range is way too tight if we aren't doing it with q's. As played, call, and re-evaluate on river, but call reasonably wide.

Call turn, fold to any river bet

should depend on your position for preflop, against an aggro opponent i'm getting this in unless I'm utg or utg+1 in a 9 max.
gotta call turn. he could be betting a jack planning on checking river or have a hand like 98 or 87, he could even have air.

Preflop: I feel like it makes sense to 4bet here. Against AA/KK, you'll probably both end up with overpairs and loosing those chips anyway. But you'll lose less overall because you'll narrow his range to AA/KK/AK preflop. Against AK, it's better to call. But against bluffs from suited connectors and lower pairs, they're only continuing if they hit the flop anyway, so you may as well get them out before the flop and not let them see free cards.

Flop: Well you can't fold here. V will cbet too often for that, and you have a nice overpair. So, call or raise? I'd raise. I don't want suited connectors or pocket pairs seeing free cards. Against good cards, you'll probably have to call on the turn anyway.

Turn: Way too strong a line from V, I'd fold. He probably isn't continuing to bluff with the suited connectors or small pocket pair. Very possible he has a set of tens, jacks, or AA/KK.
