I have been playing Ipoker for almost 1 year. I didn't have any problems before with big amounts but ...

Yesterday I played a HU nl20k match against XtremeX7X and won almost 22 buy-ins off him. In the evening I received a message that my account is blocked and it is standart procedure and if I didn't make any scam or damping while this match so there is nothing to worry about. But after that I received 2nd message where manager told me that after looking at the hand history of the HU match they found out that I was involved in unlawful play with this guy and asked me for exlanations about my unlawful play without any description of this "unlawful play". I called my manager and she told me that I should write them via email my thoughts about XtremeX7X' play and explain why I played the way I played this match. LOL. I have already done it but wondering wtf is going on. The guy played awful and I dont understand what they are looking for.

Btw, searching for Patr1ckBateman, who played with XtremeX7X. Can u send me a message here. It seems to me than you can have the same problems

Manager told me that she does have any information about blocking and cant tell me anything. She also told that account was blocked by Ipoker not by skin where I play

Yes, I railed most of the game. Xtreme was dreadful. If they suspect some sort of chip dump then why would he be playing 2 opponents? And fairly lengthy HU matches too. What could "unlawful play" allude to other than a chip dump? Hope you get everything worked out. I imagine PatrikBateman will be having exactly the same trouble.

All email was received from my skim but they told me that the blocker is Ipoker

They asked me to send the explanation of my game and for exp 3 or 4 my winning hands to describe. I did it.

A similar thing happend to me at iPoker. PLayed a guy at NL2k who dropped 1k in 5 hands. The only "unusual" thing he did was 4bet ship A9o for 50bb. After sending 10-20 emails back and forward trying to explain my "unlawfull play" and my connections to the player (obv don't have on) they locked my account and took the money on the account without explaining what I did wrong. The skin i played at was William Hill but don't know what part they played (besides for the terrible treatment I got from support).

This was about 2months ago and I've since then contacted IBAS who is a impartial third party. They in turn have done nothing so far and don't answer my emails anymore.

Not really sure if this is helping you at all or just worrying you but thats hat happened to me. Not sure what else you can do but start a scene I guess (?)

very disturbing post SKSK even though I do not play as high as you, i play occasionally 5-10 and also at WillHill, not to psyched about winning big and having my account locked.

OP: Probably they have been contacted by some person claiming ID-theft who haves a big ass limit on his CC or something. Regardless of it being true or not they ofc have to investigate, but as always when ppl id-theft@pokers they almost never tries to chipdump as it is very hard to get away with compared to random 13yo stealing a wallet or something or stealing his dad cc and just retardedly blow it away for funs.

I hope you are getting your account /w your money back, and I hope you didnt get freerolled either, that it comes up legit or something.
