Your opportunity cost of doing this must be in the thousands... Hope you think it's worth it. Esp since it will all die out soon.

Anyone know how to go about checking on the status of the investigation for this? Should we email the sites directly, will they be posting their results here or what? I'm a bit surprised there has been no response for this long.

No need to email anyone, they'll post when they're ready. Possible reasons for the long wait:

Its been a VERY long time since this began and still no public response from either PokerStars or Full Tilt. I now believe that they don't want to respond.

It's a real shame too, because when the online poker industry leaders fail to publicly communicate how they deal with suspected cheating, people begin to not trust them.

Stars did respond. Not as strong as I would've liked, but they did do some stuff. Both players got banned. Stox kept no money. LittleZen kept his money. Players were only refunded if they played aganist stox on his 3rd account, and not on the second one where he played the majority of his hands.

FTP has basically said nothing about this publicly except to acknowledge that they're aware of it. They have a dumb policy that they won't talk about stuff like this. E-mail them and tell them that you don't like that policy.

Has anybody received this refund? I played a bunch against the account in question and I haven't.
