PM'd him asking if he was still looking to swap, he said yes he wanted 1k£ Stars for UK bank xfer, after confirming his Stars screen name (bravesoljaa) I said I'd send half first then he was to send before I sent the other half. I sent on Tuesday night and he immediately came up with a problem as to why the money wouldn't go through straight away. I had to hassle him many times and finally got the money today (Friday) after issuing an ultimatum. He was very unhelpful throughout, ignoring my requests to send a screenshot of the transfer on his bank statement (he eventually sent me one which had no details whatsoever and could have been anything) and blamed it on my bank, but after checking with my bank on a couple of occasions I am 100% sure that he only sent the money today.

After all of this I've done some more digging and realised this is Sam Macdonald who has a lot of previous for trading scams - see here and here

Edit - Forgot to say, it looks like he has a bunch of different usernames on both Pokerstars and twoplustwo, so be wary.

It sucks and don't take this as a personal attack but in <5mins of me browsing his post history I've found:

- A few requests for trades but not one single confirmed trade
- 7.5% reserved in an MTT package which he never sent money for before the deadline

Do your homework before sending money to these ******s.

PS. Get in touch with stars with all the information you have about him. This isn't their responsibility but at the very least you may get his accounts closed for multi accounting.
