Alright what does everyone think I should do in this situation. There was a swap from Royalman to Nutz last week for 1500. I think that should obviously be taken back. I am owed 5401 from Mocking still that he is not paying till he receives nutz money. Bron received 5100 from Mocking last week when he knew I was owed around 10k still. Should we split that proportionately? Dshen also made a swap for 3500 to Mocking from 2 weeks ago that I obviously have not received from MB and now owe him dshen. .At this moment I'm going to pay out Chodey, Zeta, CC, Morello what I owe and we can find an equitable solution to the other debt.

Regarding the em2 situation which I posted about earlier, he's essentially paid me everything I've asked for now (as soon as NYC sends me what was swapped). In exchange for higher priority on Nutz payments and since I feel bad, I've agreed to send him back half of what I received from mockingboy a few weeks ago (2500, which will be added to my Nutz share and subtracted from his). Em2 was owed much more by mock and received nothing (cuz mock was waiting to pay him w/ money from nutz).

The main problem here clearly was Nutz, but luckily he has maintained communication and set up a payment plan that he will hopefully follow. Another enormous problem was mockingboy refusing to pay em2 because he's taking the biggest blow from the Nutz thing. As we know, that's completely unacceptable behavior, as everyone is expected to settle their own debts regardless of whether or not others do the same.

In spite of being stiffed roughly 5k by mockingboy and 3k by Nutz, em2 will be settling all of his debts personally, as expected. Let's get everyone back on track with timely posting of numbers and payments, and better thread conduct in general. I know people are busy, but for some of these new people, if you wanna be part of the thread, you need to post numbers Sunday/Monday, help and stay current with swaps by reposting your numbers when necessary, and send payments Tuesday/Wednesday.

This is a pretty crazy and special thing that we all do and that we're all a part of, betting with no vig on our own reputations. If one person has a lapse in judgment it puts everyone at risk. We all need to make sure we're acting with integrity in every situation, and that we're staying in contact with people who we owe money to. Once everyone is squared away for this week besides Nutz, we'll go ahead with implementing some stricter guidelines that dshen mentioned earlier.

I am not going to fully qualify BronBron's comments in regards to my position because I am done with this, but please keep in mind you don't know half of the conversations, back channel discussions, and agreements that were going on.

So please don't say I stiffed him when you aren't and never were part of conversations we had (which other senior members of the forum were)
