re: best HSNL threads

Samo or Strassa made a great post, which I cant find. NL2k og NL5k Fullring, +500 bbs deeb, where the OP go through a very interesting thought-process and ends up considdering shoving river against a very likely buttom set.
The hand was played against another 2+2Žer.

Weird, I just opened that thread and somehow I got into my PM box from years ago and I had an unread PM from Pokerbabe about playing tight at 20/40 or something. What a blast from the past.

I don't have any problems seeing samo write a little essay about how 22 and only 22 made sense for villain.

I think it was samo on here. Title something like "Toughest hand I ever played". It was against that sweater guy. Samo had a busted draw on the river and almost shoved against the builder's bet OOP, both deep. Amongst other things, samo posted (and many others agreed) that since he had timed all the way down, Bld would never fold to his push because he would never time all the way down with a real hand. Which makes me think a lot of people are very exploitable if you can just time down to 2 seconds and get them to stack off with third pair for 500bb on the river, but what do I know.

re: best HSNL threads

I've played a lot of MSNL, MSLH and Stud and posted in each. I've also played a pretty good amount of PLO and checked that forum out.

Stategy wise, HSNL is by far the best forum on this site and it's not close. By a mile. It's always interesting.
