Great read and the video tops it off.
I love the bit in the video when box man repeats "no" 5 or 6 times monotonously to martins character suggestions. The Benefield stuff is pretty funny too.

Amazing thread, just to add personally speaking, the last month or two I've been trying to basically get opponents to play "street poker" with me, I know to get to the promised land of HSNL and the top of poker it's important that my game is opened up so I can be "street", play "street", and meet the various unpredictable challenges of "the street" as opposed to becoming a multi-tabling robot incapable of "street".. this OP and the video sum it up all so well.. thank you this is really great.

first time i've seen this...was actually disappointed. after reading the first little bit i thought he was going to portray scandinavia as a crazy place where people just carry decks of cards around and challenge people to HU matches on the street. that's real street poker.
