I would fold to the raise.
As far as cbetting this flop...this is a flop that hits everyone else more than it hits you. If I cbet here, I would probably make it smaller just because trips are going to raise to get value from overpairs and draws.
I would personally lean slightly more towards checking the flop just because there are three other villains in the hand with ranges that hit this board much better than me.
