5-10nl live 200bb deep KK rivers fullhouse - value bet or shove? 5-10nl live 200bb deep KK rivers fullhouse - value bet or shove?

My image is pretty nitty I guess doing a lot of folding pre - I'm down about 20-30 BB this session just by doin silly things like raising sooted connecter hands preflop and either check folding or like cbetting and giving up. There are a couple good players at this table who I'm trying to avoid and basically just waiting for strong hands to valuebet vs the one or two loose players (villian is one of those).

I've only been at table for about an hour or 1.5hr max and I don't have much history w villian but he does look familiar from the past. This session we played one hand where I was button and he was in blinds (I moved chairs to get position recently before the KK hand) where I raised button with T9off to 40 and he called from SB. Flop is Q 8 x - he check calls 70 - turn brick check check river 8 he bets like 150 or 175 and I fold, this is only real hand we have history from this session other than once he check folded the flop on like Q44 in same type of spot from the blinds.

villian limps in EP (I think he was UTG+1 but maybe even UTG) and I have KK in either cutoff or hijack and raise to 60 - everyone folds back to villian who calls.

he is a middle aged asian fella with a kinda funny face by which I mean he sorta seems like he's laughing all the time like a joker-esque face from batman lol.

flop is Q 9 x (i think rainbow)
he checks I bet 125 he calls

before he called he asked me 'how many bills are you playing' I had like 17 bills neatly stacked beneath about 250-300 in chips to start the hand so playing basically 200bb to start. oh and he covers me slightly, forgot to mention that but seemed clear from the title and stuff I said so far. he has about somewhere between 3000-3500 is my guess in case that matters????

not exactly sure what to make of him asking that before calling but it seemed kinda drawy i guess since he wanted to make sure I was super deep before calling 125 on the flop ( i guess he was trying to calculate implied odds for a draw but maybe just as well could have also been trying to think about how many bets he is willing to call with a KQ, QJ, or AQ type of hand on that board)

turn Q

check and I check beck after thinking few seconds about betting but decide to just pot control since 200bb deep and I would hate to be check-raise bluffed off a hand that is wayyyyyyyy ahead here vs a draw

river K

he bets 250

what do people view his hand as here given how hand played out? and what is best way to get max value whatever it seems like he has??

p.s. sorry mods you can feel free and move this thread to Midstakes no limit if necessary. I saw another post about a deep 5-10nl hand here in HSNL so I figured this could apply too since we are 200bb deep and the real question is about how much is best to raise to when the amount is likely in the 100-150BB on just the river for a total of about 120-170BB total for the hand aka $1200-$1700 which seems like a 'high stake' question but maybe I'm wrong since this game and maybe most live 5-10nl allow you to come in for 200BB max aka $2000 so perhaps this falls in the category of basic/mid stakes and if you feel that is in fact the case please just move it to MSNL and keep the thread open because I'd like to hear discussion about this hand. thanks

Spoiler:
I jammed allin 1700 in bills and change and he tanked for like a good 2 or 3 minutes it seemed like before folding what he claimed was JT...if what he says is true then I played it pretty horribly and could have almost definately gotten anywhere between 650 to 1000ish more on top of his 250 river bet here I think. I guess given my image as kinda tight and our lack of history a valuebet seems best here but it was one of my first times playing 5-10nl in a while and I decided to go for an overbet shove here hoping he was the type of player who is incapable of folding a hand like AQ, QJ, or JT etc here but I guess giving him such horrible odds on a call its a pretty easy fold with damn near anything that doesn't beat KK here. I could even possibly imagine him folding an underfull here given how hand played out although thats a pretty tough fold imo its kinda straightforward given my image and the huge overbet....oh well sigh just curious as to what value bet size people think is best....I guess making it like 790 straight would get an insta-call from most of the hands I listed above, no?

Raise to 800, take your profit when he calls, and move back to 1-2 where you belong.
