5/10 live deep

This hand took place at a 5/10 table.

relative hand history: utg+1 is defiantly tilting, he is obviously above 60 years in age and, lost last 2 hands in a row by check shoving AI on flop after flopping a flush draw and missed both times. keynote both flush draws where very questionable it looks like he is just trying to gamble. he is down from what i have seen at the table approximately 5k. No reads or hand history with button.

effective stacks 2,000

Hero UTG: with KJ limps for 10
UTG+1: calls
Ep fold:
MP fold:
Mp fold:
HJ fold:
CO fold:
Button: raises to 40
SB: fold
BB: fold
Hero: call
UTG +1 call

Flop ($135): QQ10

Hero: bets $85
UTG+1: calls $85
Button: calls $85

Turn ($390): 2

Hero: bets $220
UTG+1: calls $220
Button: raises $530 to 750
Hero: goes AI for $1,125
UTG +1: calls
Button: folds

River: 3

I would like to hear how you think i played this hand. i will post results later. i would mostly like to hear about flop and turn. i know pre is questionable but, i will say this i was trying to play as many pots as possible with UTG+1 because he was very spewy and tilting. i would also like to hear what kind of ranges you are assigning to UTG+1 and button.

tough to say what utg +1 has given he is tilting. He can have the nuts/virtual nuts. or Qx/Tx/ low flush. AJ/ As kinda stuff.

Button i would think has flush minimum to go all in with.

i mean i dont fold once i get there.. but maybe one should.

Re: 5/10 live deep

I would raise pf.

As played I think checking flop is better than leading.

Re: 5/10 live deep

i dont really agree with raising pre because as stated in OP i want to play as many pots as possible with the UTG+1. If i were to raise lets say to 50 UTG+1 calls and Button 3 bets to 200 or some where around there i cant really call because KJ does not play well OOP. I would like to hear why you would suggest a pre flop raise? are you raise/folding to a 3 bet or whats our plan if we do get 3 bet from button. if i get 3 bet from UTG+1 and button calls much easier situation.

Is shoving turn ok once we get here or is it to aggressive?

This is pretty much exactly what i thought. UTG+1 i was certain had Qx type of hands here because of the smooth calling that went on. i thought he would raise any bluff or draw he had on the flop from what i have seen from past play.

button i still could not decide how wide to assign his range here because of the gigantic tilting fish that is UTG+1.

Re: 5/10 live deep

I guess i will post results now. UTG+1 had QQ Button said he folded a baby flush. and i was PWND. I was extremely surprised when UTG+1 rolled over quads because as stated in OP he lost 2 relatively big pots in a row. i would have thought he would raise JJ+ in that spot based on his level of tilt......guess not.

Re: 5/10 live deep

Its completely random that he showed QQ. It is so very, very rare that I wouldn't even consider it part of his range.

On that board, with the action, I'd be quite worried about Q,10 and 10,10. His range seems kinda small though, so on the turn, I'd be a little worried if I were you.

Re: 5/10 live deep

Raise pre. People aren't 3 betting with a tilted aggro fish in the pot w/o a bigg hand, so you can happily fold to a 3 bet that is more than, say, 150.
