Much bigger pre, make it 8-9bb

I think betting is fine, probably checking back river if he calls unless you make the flush.
Alternatively you could check back turn and then call most rivers if he leads but I'd prefer betting tbh

I'd rather take it down PF then play it 4-way.
The less players postflop, the easier it is.

You want to push people out because it greatly improves your chances at winning the hand. It's a lot better to have 1 dude calling a 9bb 3bet than 2 calling 4bb.

If someone opens to less than 3bb i tend to 3 bet at least pot size as a standard, generates more value when they call and makes the SPR better for your hand. Bet flop, probably check turn and call river bet
