Can someone tell me where I find this 5 10 game?

My local 5 10 is 1K min, uncapped, with a bunch of regs ranging from solid to very good (stud internet kids with high wrs, etc). And while it does have fish, they tend not to be a bunch of droolers. And the nature of the game is to include a bunch of opponents who love nothing more then to put you to the test if they think you're have a nit bone in your body and holdings less then an overpair.

So while there is money to be made; where can I find this 5 10 droolerfest game?

where is this game you play in? doesnt sound so bad. sounds like you're under-rolled. what if the stakes were .5/1 and you were being put to the test for $100? not so tough. i like players who put me to the test, its fun to pass that test.

theres nothing better in poker than being massively overrolled for the stakes you need to survive. try grinding an extra 10k in a smaller game then hit the 5-10 again, i bet it wont seem so tough. 10k later it will even be easier and so on...

The put to the test part is good. That nobody ever folds in that game requires style adjustments that add vol back into my w/r.

The game is in St. Louis. It is a good game. I am somewhat under-rolled for that game. There isn't really a true 2 5 game running in town that regularly runs to grind a roll up with (or I'd just play that all the time).

So I can try to grind a roll through the 1 3 shortstackers (which is so painful and generally boring... poker with boring semi-stations is really effin boring); which is very very slow to grind a 10K roll through (my w/r goes up by a factor of over 4 when I move from 1 3 to 2 5--i do better against better players deeper stacked, weirdly).

I agree w DGAF....basically call both vs someone who likes to monkey, and fold both vs someone who doesn't.

Because of this, the likelihood of you getting c/r'd light (less than 2 pair) is pretty miniscule with these stacks. Almost all hands (draws or made hands) that want to continue are just going to call and then check most turns to you. This gives you the free card option, more value when you hit, etc. Lastly, it would be a nightmare to let AK (a likely pre-flop hand) come along for a nice free T on the turn...

As played, I like your raise on the turn, but then just fold to the 3-bet without a strong read. You will only be able to call a shove if the river is a T...

2. Gross spot. Why did you check the turn? As played, fold .

Note: my analysis is highly predicated on the picture Limon has painted of himself over the years on 2p2 and podcasts. He just doesn't seem like one for the hero play, and in both hands shoving with worse than what you are holding given the action would fall on the border of heroic and spew. But idk, maybe it's all been one giant level/setup so that he can just shove every hand against a 2p2er and only get looked up by the stone nuts...
Limon is awesome. DGAF your analyses are always great. I just want to add that on hand 1, even though hero's range should hit this quite a bit after limping ob, it's hard to give hero credit for flopped straight after checking flop back. Limon is sophisticated enough to put pressure on hero. Thanks for the posts.

heros hand is of course completely face up. I think in hand one he has AKcc a lot. I think it is much closer than everyone is saying. the only thing that is making me not say snap is that he said "wow", I mean who says that while bluffing?

second hand is an easy call I think.
Lol wow
