Thanks Rich, but I'm dumbfounded on something. What is the logic behind them saying that pro's can't get their money?

I didn't even win a ton of money on there, but I'm labeled a pro and have to produce things that are vague and don't even make any sense. Everyone I speak to just re-quotes the same thing over and over.

"if a player designated as an Affiliate and/or Professional believes they have transactions that did not result from their Affiliate and/or Professional Player status, they can dispute the designation. If you dispute your Affiliate and/or Professional Player designation, you must submit documentation, such as complete and unaltered copies of pro-time and rakeback reports, emails or other online messages, written correspondence, screenshots, player account histories, and bank statements. A written explanation may also be included in order to address the details of the transactions."

Screenshots of what? Communication with who? Bank statements from 6 years ago showing what?

I don't see this anywhere. Under "who's eligible" there's nothing stating a "pro" isn't eligible. That would mean 90% of the funds wouldn't be given back because that's probably how much money was lost to "pros". That quote leads me to believe they're talking about sponsored pros for the company.

There are two definitions in the FAQ. One is, "A Professional Player is any player who earns a majority of their income from playing poker, or is known in the industry as a Professional, as approved by the Department of Justice." The other definition is that of a sponsored pro.

The FAQ gives details on how to dispute this. For those who never received compensation for playing (other than rakeback), I'd call and let them know. If that doesn't solve it, send in a letter stating non-sponsored status and any relevant documentation as described in the FAQ (it's hard to prove a negative, which I believe they understand from their FTP experience).

To satisfy the first definition, perhaps provide some evidence of other income, a status of being retired, etc. I suspect they are looking more at sponsored pros than they are about those who derive a living from poker, but I don't really want to speculate at this point.

As we learn more, we'll post info. I assume they'll update the FAQ regularly as well.

Have you switched email accounts a bunch of times or something? Just check every email account that you have and you should have received one from AP in there somewhere.

From there just follow the instructions. I provided my last name as verification and all my old stats popped up.
