These results were online, I assume? (not like it's impossible to final table 3 live tournaments in one day )
They belong in the sweat thread. This thread is for live tournaments.

Yea I'm pretty confused. I have confused myself. Especially when u read earlier posts where I even say online results belong here. I had it I'm my mind this was b&m only. Sorry. Crazy poker-playing Floridians clouding my mind. It's pretty unbelieveable here.

This is for results that happen in the past...the other thread is for when you want people to sweat you, then you tell them how it went cuz you already have their attention in that thread.
Not so sure if this qualifies on the "women" aspect of things, as I don't believe women are defined by what gender they date, but grats nonetheless Protential

re: Women Tourney Successes (B&M or online, 2nd place is ok too!)
so what kind of tourneys? As someone who has been transitioning from cash to tourneys (something about the different strategy appeals to me), I've started small online. Been playing the stars 4.40 180-man SnGs (which, by the way, is a bigger field than most of the local donkaments I can find live) and min cashed several, but i shipped my first one last night, which made me feel very happy in the pants. :P
I also managed to win a seat to SCOOP event 2 (the low one) in a 25 cent rebuy satellite in which i spent a total of 75 cents. I think i literally slept through half of that, it was so incredibly soft. So I am looking forward to that in a month
tried some of the satellites to the women's sunday tourney, but I got frustrated when my KK was snapped off by 83o in one, and my AA lost to K9o in another.

while being gay dont mean i have a "va jay jay", i feel a bit more of a connection to female players then males for many obv reasons. Gay men are more of a minority in poker then women imo, and since there isn't a "glbt" sub section on 2+2, im sure the gals dont mind if i am apart of this tiny community

Of course, I wasn't for a second insinuating that you shouldn't be part of the community. Just joking because you quoted the title to prove your point.
Whether it's better to post your successes in here or in the low-content thread isn't important enough of a distinction for me to actually care

Took down the Stars Women's Sunday 5K for $2300.
Some tough ladies in that tourney, I got pretty lucky.

Thanks.
The weird thing is that I shouldn't have been playing.
With my wife out of town, I've had to find some diversions for myself. So I've been thinking for a while of going to Bootie SF, they play mashups of songs. The head DJ Adrian was the lead singer in my favorite band of all time -Blue Period - and I had booked them to play at some our college events years ago, so I knew him and wanted to check out his club. It's one of those things that I really wanted to do, but that Denise just wouldn't be into so I had it on the back burner.
With Denise down in SoCal and me still stuck in the Bay, I finally decided this week to go. Actually bought some makeup for a change and tried to look like halfway attractive, dug through my closet for the sluttiest outfit that I could still fit into. Had much angst about hitting a club after such a long layoff, and finally pushed myself out the door.
Had a great time, but stayed out till 3 dancing and drank a bit too much. The friendly bartender in the upstairs lounge didn't know how to make a "Screaming Orgasm" but she was intrigued enough by the sound of it to learn how and poured a fairly heavy one for me that really did me in.
So I get up this morning after just a few hours of sleep and with a pretty buzzy hangover, but I'm determined that this week the tourney is mine. I missed the last two doing other stuff, and I really wanted to play this week.
I did play a bit differently today, I was kinda thinking through a cloud of detox and gradually getting my hearing back so I was more deliberate than usual. Also, I was short stacked near the money bubble so I was taking my time more, and got in the habit of taking extra time to think on each hand that carried all the way through.
So the lesson is that I should always party hard before I play. Or that I should take more time and think longer. Maybe both?

Sounds to me as if the lesson is really this: If you get sloshed, you might get lucky!

La Sengphet won Event #32 at WSOP-C St. Louis. Second circuit ring this season, and she's currently in 4th on the WSOP Circuit National Leaderboard!
La has had a pretty amazing year on the WSOP-C tour, amassing several other cashes (including 2nd in the WSOP-C Choctaw ladies event and 7th in the WSOP-C St. Louis O-8 event).

I guess La Sengphet just won her 3rd ring tonight at the WSOP circuit in Vegas...that makes 3 rings in 3 months. Tonight's win was the Ladies' Event. Live heaters FTW!
