Sooner or later a woman will win the Main Event. At least i would bet on a woman at the final table within the next two years.

We already have 3 female EPT winners (Vicky Coren, Sandra Naujoks, Liv Boeree). These tourneys had about 1000 participants, not 8000 or more like the ME, but what they did prove, is that women can win large tournaments. So why not the ME? It will happen!

It is also odd to think that "any kind of satellite" to boost WSOP turn-out necessarily can't be a bad thing. In fact, according to Caesars, an unauthorized WSOP satellite tournament is not only a "bad thing", it is an illegal thing.

(My feeling on the underlying topic of a women only satellite for the WSOP ME happens to be that it IS a good idea, I just cringe at the everything is just "opinion" and nothing can be "right" or "wrong". It may be impolite to call someone's post "WRONG", but this is a forum for discussion.)

Some opinions take more or less time to explain based on their complexity, but I'm objecting to the tone of the post & the dismissive nature of it, and expected him to expound on his arguments, not to the opinion itself, which I honestly could care less about.

liv boeree from what ive seen on tv seems to have a very solid tournament game, but i guess she just doest get the run of cards.

Also.. tho saying that ive seen her say one thing in the commentry like 'this is a standard fold' but when she was in exactly the same spot she did something completely different lol
example being hand like jacks, king comes on the turn and get check raise - she said fold here.. then when in a similar spot (like she had queens and an ace came on the turn) she flat called haha
