Zach, I'm not sure. He was a little overweight with dark brown hair, kinda pale. He's at borgata quite a bit.

I get these kind of comments a lot, as if the guy can only handle me winning the pot if he verbally concedes and acts like he is being chivalrous in the process.

I was asked no fewer than 5 times if I was excited to be the "last woman standing" in a tourney last week, made even sillier by the fact that no other women played in it AND guys were asking me before we were even in the money. When did the whole LWS thing even start?

I think I said in a similar thread elsewhere, that I am constantly embarrassed for men by what I hear other guys say to women at the table, so I was able to take it pretty well when I was on the receiving end of that nonsense.
A few nights ago, I got berated by a woman poker player for the first time. I held 9d2d, flop came down K22, and she paid off my pot/pot/pot line with TPNK, and explodes: "How can you play that **** you idiot [f word for a gay guy] I can't believe I lose to stupid people like you." On and on for maybe 30 or 40 seconds in a loud voice.
her BF is standing behind her watching, and he leans down and whispers in her ear. I can't hear what he says, but I know what it must have been: "eh, it was a limped pot and he was in the BB."
She looks at him, looks at me, and and back at him and says, "He was? Well ****, him the ****ing ******."

lol...I've been berated by a few women at the table....all of them older Asian women, for some reason. If I ran for office, that's a demographic I apparently won't be able to count on.
Mpethy, we need to meet up one night since we're both in Vegas.

earlier this week at Caesars in Vegas, I'm playing a turbo donkament and just shipped two huge pots back to back. 1000 y/o fossil from Oklahoma grumbles to the table, "I sure liked it better back in the old days when we kept 'em barefoot & pregnant."

my response: "well sir, I can take my shoes off if it makes you feel more comfortable?"

I once tried a female name on a pokersite and the chat annoyed the **** out of me. Its the only one of several accounts on which i lost money. So i guess you have to have a strong personality to be successful as a female player. Anyway, shout outs to all the girls in here.
