When I first started playing poker, I entered a small buy-in NLH tournament at Turning Stone Casino. There was a hand where I flopped a monster, so I checked. An older guy at the table bet, and I called. Turn went check / bet / call. I led river. The older guy said as he was mucking, "I'm too old of a tomcat to be fooled by a kitten like you."
To this day, it's probably one of the more memorable things I've heard at a poker table.

I witnessed a ridiculous thing at borgata 5/10. A total idiot got called down on 3 streets by a girl with A high, no draw the whole way. He was so humiliated and he lost it. He told her to blow him and make him a sandwich. She took an excrutiatingly long time to stack all his chips, which I thought was a classy way to annoy the sh*t out of him.

I probably would've said "Anyone got an extra rack anywhere? Can you check behind you?"
(note: the place I play at allows racks on the table)

Slightly off topic, but last night I was playing NLH live at a table where 4 of the 9 seats were occupied by women. It was the first time that nobody at the table commented on the fact that there were "so many" women at the table. I'd like to take that as a sign that women's presence in higher numbers at a poker table is no longer so rare as to be worthy of comment . . .
