Moved from US to UK before FTP remittance arrived

Hi All,
I didn't claim any of my poker winnings for 2011 because there wasn't a reasonable expectation that FTP would ever be solvent enough to pay them. As it happened, I was one of the last players to receive my remittance, but they made a deposit of ~20k into my account in November 2015. I moved to the UK in May of last year, 6 months before my Full Tilt balance was paid to me. Can I claim those earnings as Foreign Earned Income because I was living abroad when they were paid (even though they were paid to a US account)?
