Problems with Lock Poker...anyone?

Hi ladies!
I just saw that lock Poker took 575 from my account and they just disappeared. I requested a cash back in december, but the check was cancelled after two long months. Then I requested the cashout for a second time....and now it is gone. It says that I transferred it to the casino...which is not true...and now the money is gone.
What has been your experience with Lock....am I gonna see my money ever again?
