Are there two meetup days or just one? I read that there is something on June 28 as well as something in July. Thanks in advance for clarification.

This meet-up is on June 28. You might be hearing something about the 2p2 party which is on July 6 and a lot of us will be there as well. Great party!

I kind of have to bring a group, but as I said before, I wasn't planning on having them sit with us. They may even want to go somewhere cheaper while I come to this.

Hopefully the buffet will allow us to pre-reserve so we don't have to wait in long lines :-)

How do you guys feels about maybe meeting up for lunch the day of the 2p2 party?

Might be a quieter way for the TWSS gang to get together prior to the festivities at the MGM.

But I have no idea what the poker schedule for that day is, so this could be a horrible idea.

How dressy do folks get for this place? I'll probably opt for something a bit classier than my usual army surplus wardrobe anyway, but would like to know what kind of range we are taking about.

It's Vegas, anything goes as you know; Cosmo is nice but I will be in my standard tshirt and jeans

The TWSS meetup is this coming Thursday, June 28 at 7pm at the Cosmo buffet.
Afterwards, we can go register for the Ladies event as we did last year.
If you are planning on coming would you mind sending me a pm with the number of people you will have. I know people have kind of RSVP'd itt, but there's been so much talk about different dates. So it will be helpful for me to get an idea for the restaurant how many we will really have. Tyty.

Not sure if this is the appropriate place to ask, but how many ladies from here are playing in the event? And does anyone currently out in Vegas know how many ladies are already registered?

Not sure on the exact answer to these questions, but if it helps, last year's event got a bit over 1k runners.

I apologize if this is an annoying question.

But, by 7pm tomorrow, will everyone actually be there at 7pm, or will I be the first person there if I actually show up at 7?
