I have traded with plainestman several times if that helps. I think $5 per person sounds about right. I just created a pay pal account. How would I post the pictures of the tickets? Email?

If you upload pictures onto your computer, you can host them from an imaging site like Photobucket and post the pics right here in the thread.

I don't see how I can possibly act as treasurer as I'm not the one buying the tickets.

My guess is Shauna knows we would all trust you, obv, and also was hoping you'd bother with the collection effort. I would do it if I didn't have plans on Friday. I wasted part of the afternoon in the Probability section over this:

Well, isn't everyone going to pay you by paypal? That would be record enough I'd think. I made my first paypal transfer in over 6 years earlier this year; the 6+ year-old transactions were still listed on my account.

I don't know much about the Lotto, but if you try to claim the prize, don't you actually have to present the ticket?

Someone knowing the numbers from an online pic wouldn't mean squat.

And nobody can claim they are part of the pool if they don't send the money in advance.

I just had my Pay Pal account verified.

So why don't we do $5 for each person who wishes to get in. If we are lucky enough to win this thing(ONE TIME FROM EVERYONE!) I would like to have a lawyer claim it for us as a group and place it in a trust fund so the less people know the better. Watching and reading about the horror stories of lotto winners and talking to friends of mine who work in a bank told me this is the best route. If anyone has an issue with this please let me know. Also, I will email to those who are in this pictures of the tickets I have purchased so we can keep this off the pages if need be. Am I missing something else?
