It sounds like there are bribery charges and organized crime ties in Macau that have been pending and Adelson has been pushing to get the case heard overseas. As of now, it sounds like it will be held in Nevada. How long does this process drag out?

Given he is attacking online poker on moral grounds, it cannot hurt to show his own morals are possibly suspect.
