Hi Ladies!

My name is Shayna. I am from New Jersey. I won 1st place on Party Poker 5000 giveaway, which is 715.50 tourney bux. Any advice for a strictly cash player?

Congrats.

Playing HUs is not an option at partypoker due to their ridiculous rake (unless you play 200+) which is a shame since it would have been the fastest and simplest way.
Playing MTs would be the most time consuming one but would easily be the most +EV option since you already know how to play tournaments. You would need to play 2-5dollar tournaments and even then the variance would be strong for that amount of tournaments.
So we are left with SnGs I don't know anything about their structures or field stregth, but they are usually fast to learn, and if the rake is 10% or less you should be fine. You can comfortably play 10$ 9mans or 6mans and it'll only take 71 games to turn everything into cash. Variance wouldn't be big, +25 -25 at 2sd at the most. If you have 0%RoI.

I learned to play 9mans with this series.

There should be a similar series for 6 mans in case you would like more traffic, but 9 mans are simpler.
The learning curve is so small that at higher levels it's very hard to win.

Reading that series and playing 70 games shouldn't take more than 3 days if you start to 4 table after a while. And the learning material should be a breeze if you can play cash.
Also, this little program is really helpful for getting accquainted to pushing ranges , memorizing them and all in all just automatizing the whole thing in your head.
Just note that it's not 100% accurate because it is a push or fold game and doesn't account for exploitability.

Good luck at the tables.
