You should really consider this, as it would give more recognition to female grinders, which is actually inspiring to new players and players who are still building their game. Just like the regular TLB does, it would likely give additional incentive to women players to play more beyond $.10 mtts and freerolls.
I have had the experience, and probably Jamie and Katie and others who hang out in TWSS who have been featured in articles/tweets etc by pokerstars women can also attest to this through their own experiences, of women coming up to me all the time wanting to talk about poker because they have heard about my results. This certainly happened this past weekend at the PCA ladies events, and is extremely common in Vegas during WSOP time. I make friends, get asked to coach, etc, which in turn only helps promote poker amongst newer female players. When they see what we do, I think it seems much more achievable to the avg female player than having a career like Selbst (who is obv awe inspiring, but just on a totally different planet when we are talking about $55 buyins as being high).
You all at pokerstars women have been doing some pretty cool things by promoting female players who don't have sponsorship deals with Stars but who play on the site. The articles about the women's sunday, the sattelites to the live ladies events, etc, I think are very smart, and good for business, and new ideas that continue this trend of promoting the accomplishment of women who play on stars benefit Stars bottom line as well as everyone in the women's poker community.
There are actually scores of great female players around these days, which wasn't true even a few years ago. Something like a TLB can emphasize that, that there aren't just a few celebrity/model female poker pros but also actually a lot of just regular women who are playing the regular games all the time.
