I don't normally post in TWSS but my two ladies hang out here all the time and asked me to poast their pics. Every sheeprustler needs his sheepdogs so I thought I'd better keep them happy.

This is Badger and Maggie, I think they were less than a couple of weeks old when I took this one...



First time I brought them home from my girlfriend's father's farm...



Preparing for first wash. The other dog is Travis. I fostered him for a dog shelter for a while. I let him go when they found him a permanent home, something I regret doing now...

The pups are about a year old now. My gf is gone with the camera for the weekend so I'll put some new ones up when she gets back.

Awww, thanks, and I don't really know my lab's background.

My ex-boyfriend was missing his dog (a lab) and saw an ad on Craigslist for people that needed someone to watch their dog while they moved, but couldn't afford a dog sitter.

Fast forward one month, they told us they couldn't have her in their new place (why the hell would they move somewhere that didn't allow pets?) and said they were going to have to take her to the shelter. We said we'd keep her, and my boyfriend said she'd be his dog. I didn't want to take on the responsibility of a 3rd dog.

Fast forward a few more months and we broke up. He said he'd take her when he had a chance, but ya....never happened. So now I have a lab.


I'm super bummed out right now because she's got severe arthritis and can barely move. She can only go potty if I help her and I have to wipe her butt because she can't pinch. It's been going on for almost 2 weeks now, and that's when I started glucosamine/steroids and put her on a diet. I'm about to take her to an acupuncturist. I've heard great things.

But here are some of the good times:
Contraband drawer (these will be destroyed in 10 minutes and she steals them from the dog park, but I can't bear to throw them away for some reason.)

Koopa update from my mum:
We have 3 fig trees in our garden and they are always delicious. I'm going home next week to eat some/say hi to koopa/try and get a mortgage

Rupert, what exactly is Koopa's bedroom?

He lives in a drawer from a chest of drawers. Couldn't actually find a photo of it, I'll take one when I go home. Last time I was home his bedroom is a flower pot turned upside down with a hole in for him to get in and out but there's a good chance he's too big for that now.
