I did the one Atlantic City. Made final table and didn't get paid - that's how small it was. Plus there was this one chick there who was a "mean girl" from way back. She kept insulting people and talking behind their back but loudly. It was appalling.

Ughhhh. That sucks. I do wish the ladies events got more of a showing. I played one of the WSOPC ladies events at Caesars in Las Vegas years ago, and I think we had all of about 45 players. It was awful.

I have been grappling with the idea of playing at the Council Bluffs event for months, but in the end, decided it just isn't worth the travel expenses, considering the prize pool. And I can't stay any extra days to play in other events, so decided to skip it after all.

Attendance was very low for the Atlantic City WSOPC stop in general, I didn't play the ladies there but I think there were a lot of competing events on the west coast and also Harrah's is a bit of a **** hole that nobody wants to go to!

Baltimore on the other hand was way better and there was a (relatively) huge turnout for the ladies event there, probably around 100 players! I busted before the end of late reg so I didn't see the final numbers :P

Overall the circuit events are really fun, and there are always big mega-satellites for the main events. Would definitely recommend going for a few days and playing a few events if you can, cause yeah if you were to only play the ladies event you'd likely spend more on travel costs than on your buy in!
