Katie I don't mean to thread jack but there no Jan LC thread yet (im might be blind). Does anyone have an idea of how much HOA fees are on average in Summerlin? I just want to make sure they aren't over the 200-500 range.

Thanks for making the thread! I think that is roughly the range though it may be more depending on the security for the individual neighborhood. FWIW, I really like Summerlin.

Sigh... so jealous. I want to live in Vegas too. I can do my job from anywhere - but unfortunately Joe pays the bills and his job is in Georgia lol.

(I meant unfortunately his job is in Vegas - not that he pays the bills hehe)

I have only been in Vegas since Tuesday but have already seen more friends in a few days than the past 6 months combined!!
Had so much fun on Friday night at Venetian nightly tournament with hotjenny314 and Mr. hotjenny, also saw @WriterJen and CKBWoP and had fun with them too!
Then, last night gobbo cooked the most AMAZING salmon, baby potatoes, spinach din din for me that I am still in awe of!!! So happy I only live 5 minutes away from him, lol.

You went to the game...maybe you know them. The one playing was blonde and said she played linebacker and offensive line, and she def knew what she was doing at the poker table. Her friend was really short and was the running back, and was watching and learning.

I don't actually *know* any of the players, although I did develop a crush on #11. She plays WR/CB (which is what I'd play if I still played football) AND sang the national anthem.
