I got 3 hand history reviews from Ryan and they certainly improved my play. I did not learn as much as I had expected to (Ryan was my 1st poker coach ever, so maybe my expectations were not correct) but still I learned some important things and fixed my biggest leaks. Also these reviews boosted my confidence, as I was not sure about my skill level and Ryan told me that my play was quite good overall. Besides hh reviews, Ryan also answered all my questions (regarding these reviews or husngs in general), which was very nice. I recommend Ryan as a coach, his advice is solid.
I had Ryan do a hand history review and it really opened up my eyes to some things that I was unaware of. I would recommend his services and look forward to working with Ryan more in the future.
I had only one HH review but it was enough to find in witch things should I start looking at, I look forward to work with him in future, Ryan appears solid coach
and answering on emails very fast. And the price for what he makes HH review is great, Thanks Ryan
I would certainly recommend Ryan as a coach. I've just had hh reviewed pretty clearly and I got my additional questions answered to either exact hands or certain situations not only concerning the particular hands played.
Very nice guy. Helped me to clear a few things up and showed me some that I didn't pay too much attention to before.
Really appreciate his time spent on clarifying some ideas and responding.
CamStudio is free and you can get some high quality (and very large) .avi files out of it.
If you haven't used Camtasia Studio, it's not free, but you can use it for free for 30 days. You might want to do an mp4 file or perhaps wmv with that program. I haven't had any issues with .avi or mp4 quality that students have given me.
sent a hand history along to rypac, he sent it back within 48 hours, he also e mailed me telling me when he would have it back to me,
he puts his ideas on lines you should of taken on hands in simple form and explains the whys and why nots very well,
i would 100% recomend this for low stakes players like my self as it is a cheap way to have a great winning high stakes HUSNG veterain to plug certain leaks in your game to help you on your way to being a winning player!
thanks again and i look forward to making a leakfinding video for you to look over soon!
I sent to Ryan one hh of a hu2€ in played on ".fr". Ryan gave me back a reel nice review with lot of concepts, and pertinents point of views. Sure this review will be not the only one. He's open to discuss after. French guys (and other !) don't hesitate if you want value your game and profits !
Thx !
Few days ago, I received leakfinder from Rypac13 (owner of husng.com) where he reviewed and analysed my game in $11.75 4-man shootout finale match I had played on FTP.
He identified a quite big leak in my game, let's describe it as "feeding pots in wrong spots", and he explained what I'm doing wrong, why it is wrong, and what should I do to play better in those spots.
This advice has proven as very very useful for me, and even this one single change caused a dramatic improvement in my game. Now, I'm putting myself into much fewer tough unnecessary spots, and the games seem easier to handle for me now.
In the 41 games I played on the $11.5/$11.75 level since watching the video I reached ROI of 63% resulting in profit of $298. I know the sample is small and that luck is involved too. For me the monetary and ROI-related aspects are actually not that important now. They are mentioned here just to demonstrate what the "economical" impact from plugging single leak in case of lame player like me can be.
At this moment, for me the greatest benefit from plugging the leak is that I finally have the feeling that I'm in control of the match far more often, can enjoy the game, and that I win, because I have some edge on my opponents!!!
I really have to recommend to the struggling (not only low stakes) players investing some dollars into this type of coaching. From my experience there is a big difference to watch videos (e.g. from husng.com) where the pros play their matches and watching/listening to someone reviewing situations where your own thought processes were involved.
So Ryan, thank you very much for helping me with improving my game !!!
P.S. If some of the thoughts presented in my post seem too obvious to the more experienced players contributing to this forum, please excuse me. I'm just too excited about the recent improvements, and wanted to share it with the world.
