That hand with the 99 is a folded hand, most likely folded on the flop, but possible pre-flop. Notice that above the flush it says 'flush' but it doesn't say anything above the 99 hand
In Omaha you must play EXACTLY two of your four hole cards and EXACTLY three of the five board cards. Beginners often get confused as to what hand they actually have.
