I'm genuinely not a rigtard. But i came to the same conclusion as the video a couple years back. I think PKR run an algoritm to create action with a higher frequency, not to make more money, but because the play is so slow that if the hand and flop distributions were truely random the tables would be dead. It may have improved somewhat now but when i played pkr the pace was that of some live games i've sat in, really mind numbingly slow for online poker. At that pace it should be pretty easy to go 2-3 hours without making a hand, but this never happened. Because PKR know that a rec player doesn't want to sit folding rags while watching avatars taunting each other for 4 hours.

I don't think the software aided particular players, just that the freq of made hands, and subsequently coolers, is higher than that of a true rand deal

I have no answer to whether PKR RNG is rigged but I do feel that some sites RNG is definitely a bit more predictable than others.

We'd need someone to put in decent volume on these sites and analyze board structure before jumping to conclusions.
