I don't think the AQ is ever good there. Villain could've easily flopped a set or a flush draw or a straight or have AT and was planning to check-raise. I think with that sizing on the river he will often show up with a flush or a boat. And even if he is bluffing, it might be with AK or AQ in which case we lose or chop. Underpairs could also be bluffs that beat us.
In other words, all we beat is AJ, KQ, and KJ.
I doubt we're good even 5% of the time.
