i think this is what is most important

You can say could, possibly, might about poker hands too. I think most objective observers would agree with Xereles, and at least feel that indirect evidence suggests that the community may have had something to do with the speed and perhaps actual action of paying back.
Even if you don't want to admit that or can't see passed it bc it's a situation involving you, it is 100% true that there have been situations in the past where the community has pressured users or made users see the light that they have no right to do whatever they want with somebody else's money, no matter if it is in their account or not.

Yeah i agree with this, this was also my only point really
perhaps the undertitle would solve it.
Just like some kind of reference would do imo/ is needed.
But i agree its better then banning em and not knowing who they come back to
Honestly this all just scares me a little bit and is in no way an attack towards brocky, i just transfer alot of omney with alot of people on 2p2 in lets say a one year timeperiod, and i always search other threads and topics about them, but if they came back on a new sn i woul dnever be able to find it, and thats a very scary tought to me personally

This is the most reasonable thing to do IMHO.

pokerstars is tilting the fk out of me. this fkn company is too stupid to fix the fkn rematch window. why the fk does it have to take 30 seconds for it to close, nobody needs that long to decide, they all just fkn try to annoy me because they can't play poker. fk that sht.

Re: The Superturbos (aka "sejjeturbos") Discussion Thread
Yea he's obviously banned now. At least two people he's screwed, and the most recent he had to have known about, yet kept trying to sell us this "I'm not a scammer, I made one mistake, how dare you guys even talk about this."
LOL @ the video series too. I mean, normally that's spam and would be deleted/maybe banned (since I told him before he posted that he couldn't do it), but it was just such a silly joke money grab from a degenerate scam artist playing 15s, I figured it was better to leave it up.
Sorry for any drama, this is a poker forum, but wow, those kinds of "I'm 19 years old, live with my mother, have dreams of winning the main event, and will get there using 5 buyin br management and rolling stakers" people are the worst for our community.

3rd game, a donk called my 3bet-shove with 72s, I had AQo, 1st hand, and he turned a 2 and won, wrote a quick 'nh' before the match ended. Then, I insta-rematched but he waited the full 30 secs. and declined. So it goes man, so it goes......

In a way, I feel sorry for Brocky. Having talked with him a bit (esp. regarding the Xereles issue), I sensed he is not trying to be a bad dude, just addicted, he's got the sickness, and that's why I think he took on a defensive posture with people, don't really think he was trying to be a douche on purpose. It IS a disease, have known a few guys who've lost everything to gambling. That of course doesn't excuse anything he did, and w/e the case he is responsible for his own actions as an adult and if he can't overcome his weakness that's his problem, esp. given he is leaving a trail of victims in his wake, but still, I feel bad for him......I hope he gets help, then the true Brocky may get a chance to step forward...
...and funny thing is: he's actually now a fairly decent player...

Given the way he talked to Xereles in the main thread (as well as his actions) about this before he paid him back and the way he talked to that other guy who came forward in that thread and said he had failed to adhere to another staking deal and the way he responded to that I don't think anyone should feel even the slightest sympathy for him.

yeah, but it's completely unreasonable. those games are called hyper turbos for a reason, everything should be designed to make them a fast experience. too long acting time and 30 seconds rematch window are just stupid design errors that should not occur for longer than it takes to release one patch.

Re: The Superturbos (aka "sejjeturbos") Discussion Thread
I've tableninja configured to close those windows after 10 seconds but i guess you can always manual close it if bored with it no? i mean, if i accept the rematch and the guy don't untill like 28s sometimes i'm playing 2 tables already and a 3rd pops up but wtv, think it beats staring at a countdown.

Re the re-matching thing, I just wait 5-10 seconds to see if they respond and click decline if they haven't by then
