So I staked this guy for 30-60$ hyperturbos, sent 2000$ to start with. He started out losing but I verified losses by looking at the graph(below EV) so I sent 2k more. Things were looking up and I got a message saying the roll was back up to 4.5k. This was at 7th jan.

Now he vanishes. I search him on topshark. I see that he has been playing 2 full mtt schedules(estimating 2k+ at least). I doubt he had the money to do this outside of my stake(which only counts hyper turbo husngs). I had agreed that he could buy into an mtt every now and then with fpps but not otherwise(SM, warmup, the soft big ones).

So I try messaging him, but I get no answer. Then he briefly logs on for a minute two days later(10th of january) to say "I basically ran bad and there is nothing left, handle it however you like" or whatever. Since then I've asked twice for logs showing where he lost the money etc(only thing within stake is max 100$ husngs, and those only if doing well).

Considering at least 2k+ was lost in mtts I find it reasonable to expect that he owes me all 4500$, as it was most likely all spewed away (he did a partial payout before all this because he needed money). But I would like opinions on this.

He blocked topshark after this so I don't know if he spent the rest on mtts. Maybe he even binked one(if so I'm owed half). So hoping I can get a tracking site to unblock him.

I've been really slow dealing with this as I've been at PCA for a week+ etc. But since he has been gone completely until now with no talk whatsoever I should probably make this thread to warn others.

Today I saw him play 1k hyperturbo husngs.. lol. So in addition to losing to piggybank I now also indirectly lost money to piggybank. GG

So anyway.. if anyone knows the guy and can get him to talk to me that would be great. Can provide more details, I realize this is a bit messy but thought I'd get the thread out there fast. And don't stake him. Obviously.

Lol nice timing.. No wonder if you don't stake anyone ever again. Imo you can release whatever the info you have, if this went this far, that won't change a thing. Not like he will "coach for charity" or anything. At the end of the day, when you stake someone its 50/50 - you will either get scammed or you wont.

Sorry to hear about this :\ I followed Brocky's PG&C's threads. Seemed like an alright although tiltable guy. Hope you get this resolved.

(I probably shouldn't have posted as I don't know the guy or talked with him, but if you weren't aware of his threads search his name/threads started by. Think he mentioned where he goes to Uni in one of them.)

Man look at Brocky's post history, he looks like a jackass. No surprise that somebody obviously so unhappy with themselves would run off with somebody's money and act like a jerk over it.

I talked to him in a skype study group a few months ago and he had terrible tilt issues and seemingly awful BR management. Why would anyone stake him?

that brocky guy seemed like a retard, sorry. he was legit terrible at poker if he was michael brock1. sorry tho. just a rule of thumb though, if people are switching 2p2 screennames theres prob a reason

When staking somebody ask them to send you a screen shot of their cashier, with adress and real name on it.
Tbh I think it should be done everytime, but somehow backers don't ask horses to do that.

i talked briefly with him before as he said he was playing the 30s and saw me at 60s while taking shots. the thing is in his PG&C thread, he and his friends were starting at 7s in december and with no steady sample at any stake saw him quite a few times sitting 100s+
