Thanks

Re: **Official PokerStars Heads Up SNG Improvement Thread**
get the register pop-up window to remember where you position it.
at the moment it pops up over the list of entrants which is really annoying.

Re: **Official PokerStars Heads Up SNG Improvement Thread**
Also why does the rematch villain window stay open when villain declines?
Imo it should auto-close if you can't rematch (the rematch window, not the tourney window that uses the 'auto'close...' checkbox)

Re: **Official PokerStars Heads Up SNG Improvement Thread**
what we really need is a rematch window imbedded in the tourney window

Re: **Official PokerStars Heads Up SNG Improvement Thread**
here is a list of most software related problems i could remember
- when you close the rematch window or the stars client, it doesnt auto-decline rematch! <= biggest problem imo, fishes end up running down the timer vs me so often and they probably have no idea they're doing so
- I'm ready button (like on FTP)
- pause between 1st and 2nd hand of match
- pause between hands when levels change (out of all sites I played on, only stars has it
)
- rematch window steals focus from the table
- 5-6 second wait after villain runs down the timer
- lobby lag; the tournament lobby always displays up to date information, but the stars client lobby always lags, sometimes even 5-6 sec
fix all of these and we're probably gonna squeeze out an extra 2-3 games per table hour
btw all those problems are costing both the players and pokerstars money, since everyone's games take a longer time to complete and pokerstars makes less rake

yes +1 to all that.
Post that in the software forum to, I haven't seen any comments from a PS rep in a while and I don't think they look here anymore.
