I am not sure how that would work.

if you take ROFL 12 min raising Range for instance, it's 40.12% of hands. but it's made up of (very roughly!) of the top 21% and the bottom 19% of a top 70% min raising range. So we would have to take off the stuffs in the middle.

I will think it through. surely it's possible to come up with something. My gut feeling tends toward a clickable option "villain uses ROFL 12" with the ROFL12 range preimputed (and the apropriate calling range obv). For what I have seen a lot of people that have read mers's book just follow the chart blindly from 10BB to 14BB (like a cheat sheet).

But as I have mention before all the hands that are +EV to 3 bet shove vs a top 40% would be even more +EV vs ROFL12. But as Hokie said some stuffs that were not shovable vs a top 40% now are. This is were the flaw is.

The important thing I guess, in the mean time, is that the calculator is not going to indicate that you could shove hand that wouldn't be +EV if your villain used ROFL.

don't worry i have done the same quite a few times. Then OOo try to convert it and can't so it freezes.

Last night, I played around with PT4 and finally figured out to to make custom reports with VPIP/PFR filtered by effective stack size.

Of course, you need a somewhat decent sample with a specific opponent, but can still be very helpful when reviewing sessions.

sorry I completely missed your post. please could you tell me what range you are talking about. if it's the "calling the shove" range the break down appears in the cell under the one where you choose what range villain will likely call your call with as shown here

if you are talking about the Pre flop raising range it's simply the top % of hands that villain is raising preflop. So if he raises 45% the range is all the combos making up that Top 45%.

Also I had about 12PM of people not being able to run it on OO. so please check that you have activex installed on your PC aparently it doesn't always install itself with OO!!

try this :

1. Close OpenOffice.org and the Quickstarter.
2. Click the Start button on the Windows taskbar. Choose Control Panel.
3. In the Control Panel, click Add or Remove Programs.
4. In the list, click OpenOffice.org, then click Change.
5. In the Installation Wizard, select Modify.
6. Open the Optional Components entry and find the ActiveX Control entry. Open the sub menu of the icon and select to install the feature. obv if it's already installed don't bother the problem is somewhere else
7. Click Next and Install.

Also you could have the same problem if you purchased Excel as a standalone and not as part of office. It's probably very rare but if you have done everything and it doesn't work on Excel it's probably where the pb is.
