at best you will get 1k back then he will make up some story why he is too broke to pay you. While he laughs at how stupid you are and how he can steal so much $ without anything happening to him, and trying to scam others cuz he feels smart ( lool ).

He should obviously send more than he stole from you if he is really planning on paying you in 1 year+, not to speak about all the ****ing stress he made you go through.

Also excuse me, but thinking that he's possibly a changed person is just ****ing silly.

1. He should pay more. Just financially wise, he could had this money on the bank and profit on the interests. Not even mentioning the finantial returns of your poker skills. (and if you add the stress, the time you lost tryiing to solve this crap, money should be even higher),

2. the fact that he's paid you 5% of the money he stole is just a punch in the face. This son of a #$%#"" is obviously tryiing to buy some time. I wouldn't settle with less that all the money being refunded in less than a month (and an extra payment for all the troubles) . But that's just me, i'm not in Op's shoes. But nevertheless it sounds to me that this bastard want's to get away and is paying that infime amout now so the whole thing can be cooled down and eventually forgotten by everyone except OP.

3. With the google stuff, you should add some phrases in Spanish

Maxi made one payment of $300 back in September and then went back to making excuses. He has not made a payment since then and he has stopped responding to my emails. I guess he just sent me the one payment to buy himself some time. Maxi Stochyk is a sociopathic scammer and no one should ever do any type of business with him.
