I believe that live players underestimate the drop off. For instance, they would be shocked how many blinds you can shove 78s, but at the same time have to fold J7o for less, and so on. They don't realize how fast the shove ranges can change. So you end up with a lot of players who are too tight at 10-20bbs (fold A high K high), but will shove atc at 5bbs.

For instance in the NBC headsup I think, LivB mentioned that his opponent shoved 45o or something for, what 12 bbs? I don't remember.

Basically they completely misunderstand the impact of fold equity (which is why even when your stack is low you still don't shove super super wide because even though you risk a smaller stack to win more relatively, you get called more, etc).

So I would actually play more aggro at the reship game live, and at 10-20bbs with stuff like low pairs and so on that you don't want calls with, but play quite tight at low blinds. Additionally, I'd definitely work in a minraise range against some players, even when about 10bbs, because you're often not playing someone who will know how to exploit your raise/fold tendencies. More importantly, some players have an inelastic vpip range at these stacks. If they have a hand that will call a minraise (when short), they will often call a shove too. If they don't, well they will often fold despite great odds, or call and fold to 1/4 or 1/3 cbets.

Do Mac products have equivalent of MS Word? If they do, what is the default file-extension of the program(i.e MS Word has .doc/.docx)?

There's a program called Pages which is part of iWork. The extension is .pages.
