are u using version 1.11.06d? i downloaded and it took care of the HUD problem. as far as stakes go, i have no problem unless i play STs.

There was a bug a few version ago. HUD was displayed in the lobby window instead of table. With the latest update it works fine.
If it doesn't work try to use table finder.

EDIT: How does the rakeback work on Merge (Carbon)? I've heard they deposit it daily or something?

Yeah, direct deposit daily. Think you have to sign up through and affiliate though.
