I filed a report w/the Swedish Police and they responded acknowledging that they've read it and took down some methods of reaching me, but no updates other than that, except I guess Robert is off scamming more people cause the list he's done it to keeps growing

hey, a dude gave me a link to this post, and i just had to write something. ive also been tricked by the cunningly robert. was an internet friend with him for years, playing a computer game. however, he stopped playing it (busted for cheating - no moral back then either.) and began with the poker (bout ~5? years ago). a year or two went by, and he had a reputation of being a scammer.

however, i had known him for years, so i couldnt believe it. so i borrowed my poker account to him, and it didnt take long before my money was gone. (however, it was not much, but it was the principle that made me look with disgust on him.)


what i want to say is that i understand how you could lend him money, cause, i know how skillful he is at manipulating people.

i can also understand a part of the physical pain you must have felt while being in sweden, cause i went on a trip with him too, and for days i tried to get my money.

anyway, hopefully youll get back to your ordinary life good luck with the poker. also i hope you do visit sweden again, cause it's a great country!

Hey Primo, I'm really sorry to hear all this. One thing that really strikes me is how you've somehow been able to keep focus in playing poker through all this and actually crush the games... Given this, I'm sure you'll recover smoothly.

I just want to mention that I had a very similar experience (although on a smaller scale I guess) with the player RAZA14 on pokerstars. I don't even know his full real name (his first name is David and he's Dutch). A LOT of things in your story just went exactly the same way for me.

gettting tilted by the "omg how could u let him live comments" pretty sure 99% of you saying things like this in this thread would of not done anything just like OP did.

I talked to someone else from that same CS group before and he said something similar, and I guess Karim (the guy who we stayed with in Helsingol) was scammed 4,000 by him and used to play CS with you guys =/

Robert scammed alot of CS-players during the years (I heard about at least 6-7 persons), but there was never amounts like this. Havnt heard from him on a while now, so I guess he gave up the cs-community (to bad reputation). He even tried this on me several times, since I had him on MSN before. Allways talked about his winning streaks during the stays in Stockholm, or sent screenshots of 'high stakes'-hands on pokersites and things like that. I guess he tried to make me believe he was a cool happy high staker that I could trust, but it never made any sense when he allways ended up with in some way asking for my money..

I felt really bad when I read this story, it made me sick. But when it comes around, Robert is the biggest looser in this situation. I mean you got your skills/experience, you will probably rebuild your stake pretty fast (maybe you already did?), and after all it was just money you lost (could be worse, and hopefully someday you'll get your money back). Robert on the other hand, is a ugly, addicted psychopath, with huge gambling issues. He owes alot of money and no one really likes him, not even his own parents (!). All this scamming didnt bring him any success at all, just more issues to deal with.

robert is a **** prick... one of my friends were scammed by him ~2 yrs ago :/ iv been asked for money and msn by a bunch of different sn's on swedish poker forums and im guessing hes been a couple of them.....
