If you have a value hand, you're value betting anyways and all the monies goes in. I lose value against weak pairs, but I'm not sure you call them off anyways to a lot of turn sizings.

I feel like checking turn is a freeroll. All the hands that I must stack by betting are betting turn themselves when checked to. If I check, I might find some extra value from super thin value bets (A9o perhaps), weak draws (T6, 86) or 67o turning into a bluff.

You're right that you don't have very many equityless hands, though. I felt like the hands I just named are a stretch.

What does betting do better than checking?

For the Q7/T7/87/T9/Q9 in my range you'd rather bet if I only have intentions of checking down and folding to a river bet unimproved, which seems reasonable for that range. 25% equity is a lot to give to me for free especially given reverse implied odds when I hit. With all of those hands when you check the turn you're doing what I would hope you'd do from my position.
