I think ist fine. Tho I would def cbet that flop. This could give you some information about villains range and make future streets easier to play. Also, after he min 3bets you I think 160 is a bit too small. Vs. such opponents go bigger in your 4b sizing 180-200.

I think there is value in betting half pot on the flop. You can get called by flush draws, maybe A high from loose players, 9s, 8s, straight draws, PP like TT, JJ. Also we have position so we can pot control on the turn or river if we want. We also get some reads by raising.

Id bet the flop, lets see what other people say.

bigger 4 bet min 180 and otf i would def bet there are lot value as played is fine to call turn and smaller bet otr he can valubet worst hands like A9,TT,JJ
