It's ok to flat but you can profitably shove aswell against a 32% bettor.
On the river we can't find a fold( unless you have some kind of strong read), we could have bet ott and maybe c/f the river, but it's difficult to apply this in game.
if he 3 bet so many times before flop, i would rather push all in than call. Post flop is ok to me, check on turn is fine, i dont see from what hand you can take value from, if you bet turn ; call on river is ok, he would rep that ace pretty often...
