$7 HT - Value bet river?

Against an average opponent, is there any value on the river?

    Poker Stars, $6.85 Buy-in (15/30 blinds) No Limit Hold'em Tournament, 2 Players

    Hero (BB): 515 (17.2 bb)
    bobbii (SB): 485 (16.2 bb)

    Preflop: Hero is BB with 7 K
    bobbii raises to 60, Hero calls 30

    Flop: (120) 7 4 6 (2 players)
    Hero checks, bobbii checks

    Turn: (120) J (2 players)
    Hero bets 60, bobbii calls 60

    River: (240) 9 (2 players)

    if he open wide im jamming pre,K7 pretty strong but not super great post flop.
    leading this flop is an option but if he cbet i like c/jam.
    on turn his range contain more Qd Kd Ad and few jx,i think it's close between chk and small bet,in game i think id bet smthing around 80 kinda block bet to bluffs make the price for ourselves and myb get value from A high or 4 he chk back.

    I doubt A-high or 4x is calling an 80/240 bet (at least not at 7's). 60 might be slightly better but I'm not sure.
